Returns:
All in stock items have a 30 day return policy.
- Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged after you receive it from us.
- NewEra hats must have the NewEra size sticker on the the hat to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up 7-14 business days to process.
- Replacement/exchange items are subject to inventory levels. If we are not able to replace or exchange your item for you, we will work with you to find the best solution.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-sale items or limited edition items are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund please email merch@gofishsticks.com, in the subject line of the email please include your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the returned item does not fall within the previously listed criteria.
