What are your t-shirts made out of?
Most of our t-shirts are made up of a blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton. Some items are 100% polyester and/or 100% cotton. The item description on each product page specifies what the items is made up of.
Where are your NewEra 59FIFTY hats made?
Are DubSea Fish Sticks' NewEra 59FIFTY hats are made in the same factories that MLB and MILB fitted hats are made in. These hats come from factories in China and Indonesia.
How long does it take for my item to ship?
We are a very small organization, with mostly seasonal employees. Typically it takes 2-3 business days for items to ship from our warehouse. If you are needing expedited processing time please reach out to us before placing your order.
The item I want is out of stock, how long until it is restocked?
We typically restock inventory every 3 months based on which item it is.
Where are your products made?
We pride ourselves on trying to use local Seattle based companies as often as we can for our merchandise. All t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, jerseys and sweatshirts are produced locally. Most of our other items are proceeded by small companies within the US.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All in stock items have a 30 day return policy.- Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged after you receive it from us.
- NewEra hats must have the NewEra size sticker on the the hat to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up 7-14 business days to process.
- Replacement/exchange items are subject to inventory levels. If we are not able to replace or exchange your item for you, we will work with you to find the best solution.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-sale items or one time are non-refundable.
